Refund Policy

These terms explain how shamas.agency handles contact data, payments, refunds, ownership, and delivery expectations. They are written to answer the questions clients usually ask before starting work and to keep the working relationship clear for both sides.

General Policy

SEO, backlink, content, and other results-based services are normally non-refundable once work begins because research time, sourcing, writing, and implementation effort are committed immediately.

When a Refund May Apply

A refund may apply if a confirmed deliverable is not started or is not delivered within the agreed timeframe for reasons fully within project control. If a delay happens, the first step is always direct communication and a new delivery deadline.

Partial Refunds

If part of the work has already been delivered, any refund is usually partial and reflects the value of the unfinished part only. Delivered links, written content, completed audits, design files, and implemented technical fixes count as completed work.

Logo Design Exception

Logo design can be refunded before final files are delivered if the project is stopped early and the unused portion of the work can still be separated fairly. Once the final files are sent and approved, the design project is treated as delivered.

How to Request a Refund

If there is a problem, contact via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of the issue. Refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours. Approved refunds are sent through the same payment method used for the original payment whenever possible.
